Make your child’s next Birthday Party one to remember with a Pool Party at Tomaree Aquatic Centre. All you have to do is send out the invitations and our qualified staff will set up your party, ensure all your guests have a great time and best of all clean up all the mess, leaving you free to relax and enjoy your child’s Birthday celebrations.

  • Catered parties are a minimum of 10 guests
  • 2 hours of pool activities, and waterslide fun when it is in operation (seasonal, and included when the catered party option is selected)
  • Use of BBQ area and under cover areas (bookings recommended to reserve BBQ area)

All guests are welcome to stay and enjoy the facilities after your party under your or their parent/guardian’s supervision. Please be aware we are a Watch Around Water Facility.

We have birthday packages to suit different pool parties.

Catered (including slide): $30.00 per guest

Catered (no slide): $24.00 per guest

Self-catered (no slide): Entry fee, only. Free use of BBQ included.

Catered Parties

Have all the hassle removed from your party with a range of menu options for catering in addition to a reserved table, seating and access to our aquatic facilities for your group.

  • Menu 1 – Party Pies, Sausage Rolls, Cocktail Frankfurts, Hot Chips, Potato Crisps, Water and Cordial.
  • Menu 2 – Fairy Bread, Party Pies, Fruit & Veggie Dip Platter, Corn Chips & Salsa, Popcorn, Water & Cordial

Requirements

  • Minimum of 10 participants are required for all parties, maximum of 24. 
  • All participants must be 6 years or older and confident in the water.
  • Please be aware there is a height requirement for the waterslides.
  • Please ensure you and party guests arrive 15 minutes prior to the party start time.

Fees, and Terms and Conditions

  • $50 deposit (non-refundable) and full payment prior to commencement of the party is required.
  • You will be contacted in the week prior to you party to confirm total number of guests attending, menu option and any allergy requirements. Additional children added after this date will incur a $30 fee on top of the $33.50 per head fee.
  • Bookings are essential. Payment required minimum 5 days prior to event.
  • Children 5 years and under must be companied by an adult.
  • All children and adults must follow waterslide rules and lifeguard’s directions at all times. All party guests are the responsibility of parents or guardians, and must be supervised at all times. Young Children may need to use program pool and may not meet waterslide restrictions.

Yes, BBQs are located near the kiosk and are available for use year round.

Yes, as well as having pizzas or outside food delivered!

Yes! We have fridges and freezers that you can use.

Yes! You can bring your own decorations. If you are unsure about any specific decorations, please feel free to ask our friendly team before the event.

Yes! You can book specific areas for the party to be held. Please let our friendly staff know at the time of booking.

At least 48-hours notice is required to add more guests, if possible, so we can adjust the catering if you select the catered party option.

Yes, there is a $50 deposit for catered parties.

The slide is not available all year round. The waterslide is seasonal and weather dependant. Please ask how team to confirm if the slide will be available before you book your party.

Yes, there is a minimum of 10 attendees required for pool parties.
